Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and accurate job advertisements to generate quality applications
• Source, screen, and interview applicants to facilitate an efficient hiring process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to provide an exceptional experience
• Conduct thorough phone screens and face-to-face interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
• Manage requisitions within the applicant tracking system and HRIS
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and align on recruitment activities
• Develop relationships with universities, employment agencies, and other recruitment sources
• Coordinate the employment offer process, including research and obtaining approvals
• Collaborate with the HR team on seamless onboarding and orientation processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Effective communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
