Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline using recruitment systems to track progress and maintain accurate records
• Leverage sourcing tools, Boolean search, and AI-powered candidate matching to identify qualified talent
• Deliver professional and timely communication to candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process
• Utilize ATS and CRM platforms to improve recruitment efficiency and track key metrics
• Provide regular recruitment updates and proactive insights to business leaders and stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• Proficiency with ATS systems and CRM platforms
• Experience with sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms
• Familiarity with AI-enabled or automated recruiting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and prioritize effectively
• Ability to travel up to 15%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or subject expertise in the talent ecosystem (onboarding, performance management, employee development)
• Experience recruiting across multiple business functions or departments
• Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
