Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and attract talent across various channels to build sustainable pipelines across Europe
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and talent pools
• Conduct structured screening interviews and act as the primary point of contact for candidates
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to align on role requirements and priorities
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes and maintain accurate ATS data

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to find high-quality talent
• Fluency in both German and English
• Highly structured, reliable, and well-organized approach to work
• Excellent communication skills
