Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified professional technical candidates using databases, job boards, and social media
• Work with other recruiters to support Sales teams
• Provide complete and accurate information to candidates about M9 and opportunities
• Originate leads for M9 Sales teams
• Negotiate salaries and employment terms for full lifecycle recruitment
• Assist candidates throughout the onboarding process
• Maintain regular communication with new hires
• Maintain activity level expectations using defined metrics

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Federal IT technical staffing recruiting
• Experience recruiting for ERP/BI, Web Services, Cloud, Cyber, or Mission IT
• Experience recruiting for both W2 hourly and salaried positions
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Software such as Greenhouse
• Demonstrated success recruiting cleared professionals (Public Trust, Secret, TS/SCI)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
