Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned regions, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure timely recruitment operations.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-demand positions to support workforce readiness.
• Maintain and update recruiting activity reports to support transparency and informed decision-making.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) as the primary tool for efficient and accurate recruitment activities.
• Implement strategic staffing initiatives and execute creative recruiting strategies for challenging locations.
• Collaborate with regional HR partners to review compensation data and create competitive, equitable offers.
• Act as a liaison with third-party agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver recruitment services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proven experience in candidate sourcing and data mining.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and consultative abilities.
• Knowledge of employment law.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Industrial Gas industry.
• Familiarity with Taleo or Cornerstone.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable laws and regulations regarding employment practices.
