Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Use ATS to keep track of candidate applications, update candidate statuses, and maintain recruitment records
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Proficiency in using sourcing techniques and platforms
• Knowledge of candidate assessment methods
• Results orientation and ability to meet recruitment targets
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
