Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with long-term business growth
• Source and engage passive candidates to build a pipeline for specialist and management roles
• Conduct interviews and present qualified candidate slates within established frameworks
• Partner with HR and business leaders to understand workforce planning and role requirements
• Lead employer branding initiatives through digital campaigns, social media, and events
• Manage university relations and college hiring initiatives
• Design and improve standard operating procedures to drive continuous recruitment improvement
• Use data and market intelligence to influence recruitment strategy and candidate engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proven experience in recruitment project management and full-cycle sourcing
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Experience using data and analytics to inform talent strategies
• Valid work permit for Mexico

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in both corporate and agency recruiting
• Knowledge of communication planning and performance measurement techniques
• Experience engaging diverse and cross-cultural talent pools
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate emerging talent trends
