Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of U.S. roles, partnering closely with business leaders from kick-off to signed offer.
• Develop trusted relationships with hiring managers, providing talent market insights and candidate feedback.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Develop talent intelligence by monitoring hiring trends, competitor activity, and market insights.
• Support employer branding initiatives to showcase Innovamat's mission and culture across multiple channels.
• Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and automation to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Track hiring metrics and maintain ATS data integrity to support workforce planning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people-focused roles in high-growth environments.
• Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing and talent attraction capabilities, including engaging passive candidates.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing technologies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience contributing to employer branding, content creation, or talent community building.
• Experience working within an international scale-up environment.
