Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate regional and global roles
• Handle international hiring requirements across multiple business functions
• Source quality candidates through LinkedIn Hiring, job portals, and other sourcing channels
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders across different regions
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular hiring updates
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer coordination
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and recruitment data with high accuracy
• Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Mandatory experience in corporate or global hiring
• Strong hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Hiring and various recruitment portals
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Good analytical and data management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities
• Ability to work onsite in Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a shared services or global business services (GBS) environment
• Exposure to international recruitment processes and regional hiring
