About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for specialist, leadership and hard-to-fill roles
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and market mapping
- Build talent pipelines for critical business areas and maintain candidate networks
- Partner with hiring managers and P&C Business Partners as a trusted advisor
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments
- Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or specialist recruitment
- Fluency in English and one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish)
- Proven track record recruiting for specialist and leadership positions
- Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven hiring
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
