About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for specialist, leadership and hard-to-fill roles
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and market mapping
  • Build talent pipelines for critical business areas and maintain candidate networks
  • Partner with hiring managers and P&C Business Partners as a trusted advisor
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments
  • Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or specialist recruitment
  • Fluency in English and one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish)
  • Proven track record recruiting for specialist and leadership positions
  • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven hiring
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
