About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for complex roles in data center development, AI infrastructure, and operations
- Drive candidate pipelines in niche markets including site selection, design, and construction
- Leverage knowledge of Hyperscaler talent ecosystems to build targeted sourcing strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent availability and compensation benchmarks
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and manage recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting focused on data center infrastructure or AI environments
- Prior experience at a Hyperscaler (AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta) or large data center operator
- Experience supporting greenfield data center development projects
- Knowledge of renewable energy and data center convergence
- Exposure to AI infrastructure buildouts such as GPU clusters
- Proficiency in ATS systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Greenhouse
