About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for internships and recent graduate positions
- Manage multiple recruitment processes and delivery against hiring KPIs
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs and recruitment strategy
- Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, job boards, and university partnerships
- Conduct candidate screening and competency-based assessments
- Ensure data quality and process compliance within the ATS
- Contribute to recruitment reporting and campus engagement activities
Requirements
- Approximately 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365
- Eligibility for the V.I.E programme (EEA national, aged 18-28)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting early-career talent
- Proficiency in additional European languages
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM tools
