Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for internships and recent graduate positions
• Manage multiple recruitment processes and delivery against hiring KPIs
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and recruitment strategy
• Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, job boards, and university partnerships
• Conduct candidate screening and competency-based assessments
• Ensure data quality and process compliance within the ATS
• Contribute to recruitment reporting and campus engagement activities

Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365
• Eligibility for the V.I.E programme (EEA national, aged 18-28)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting early-career talent
• Proficiency in additional European languages
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM tools
