About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Achieve target headcount objectives within requested timeframes.
- Conduct initial interviews for all positions, including senior-level roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify needs, advise on market trends, and participate in job design.
- Generate monthly and quarterly recruitment, headcount, and turnover analysis reports.
- Build candidate pools through LinkedIn, employment fairs, online dashboards, and university career centers.
- Continuously assess recruitment channel efficiency and support employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business.
- 3–5 years of professional recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and ATS systems.
