Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Achieve target headcount objectives within requested timeframes.
  • Conduct initial interviews for all positions, including senior-level roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify needs, advise on market trends, and participate in job design.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly recruitment, headcount, and turnover analysis reports.
  • Build candidate pools through LinkedIn, employment fairs, online dashboards, and university career centers.
  • Continuously assess recruitment channel efficiency and support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements
