Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for strategic roles, primarily in Business, from hunting strategy to final acceptance.
• Manage pipeline and metrics by analyzing conversions, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing structural improvements.
• Build strategic talent pools by nurturing long-term relationships with key talents and universities.
• Structure brand awareness actions and top-of-funnel activities to generate qualified pipelines.
• Handle proposals and closing by understanding candidate context and structuring competitive offers.
