Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Transition the recruitment function from a reactive model to a proactive, sourcing-led engine for engineering, product, and architecture teams
• Map competitor talent pools and identify key technical hubs to build a sustainable pipeline for cloud architecture and cybersecurity functions
• Conduct initial technical deep-dive screens to evaluate candidate alignment with specific tech stacks such as Java, AWS, and Microservices
• Meet delivery targets for technical hires while maintaining a "Time in Process" of 30 days or less
• Drive high-volume outbound sourcing of passive technical candidates to identify niche talent
• Partner with Engineering Directors and VPs to provide market intelligence and influence hiring decisions
• Utilize AI-sourcing tools and technical market data to lead recalibration sessions with leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting (Engineering, Product, or Infrastructure)
• Proficiency with enterprise-grade ATS platforms, specifically iCIMS
• Hands-on experience with technical sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
• Ability to work 5 days a week onsite in Englewood, Colorado
