Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to extending offers
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruiting strategies
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and other sourcing platforms
• Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Leverage AI tools and data-driven solutions to identify and assess top candidates
• Manage employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality applicants

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment
• High energy, positive attitude, and strong initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a SaaS or tech environment
