Responsibilities
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and shortlisting candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS entries, candidate databases, and weekly reports accurately
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to minimize dropouts and support timely closures
- Prioritize roles critical to business needs and support efficient hiring to optimize costs
- Suggest improvements in sourcing strategies and explore new talent channels
- Participate in team initiatives and local meetups for employer branding
- Support referral drives and internal hiring initiatives
- Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate experience
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
- Experience in technology or IT hiring preferred
- Knowledge of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and ATS (Breezy)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to attend local tech events or meetups
