Codebase is a young software services company with a great pool of tech-savvy developers. We serve software product companies across the globe, focusing on enterprise SaaS, eCommerce, cloud, and application development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and shortlisting candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS entries, candidate databases, and weekly reports accurately
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to minimize dropouts and support timely closures
• Prioritize roles critical to business needs and support efficient hiring to optimize costs
• Suggest improvements in sourcing strategies and explore new talent channels
• Participate in team initiatives and local meetups for employer branding
• Support referral drives and internal hiring initiatives
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate experience

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
• Experience in technology or IT hiring preferred
• Knowledge of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and ATS (Breezy)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Willingness to attend local tech events or meetups
