Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Source and engage top-tier technical and engineering talent through job boards, social media, and niche networks
• Conduct thorough CV screening and preliminary interviews to assess technical suitability and cultural fit
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling technical assessments and client interviews
• Oversee the offer management and onboarding process, including consultancy agreements and document collection
• Coordinate with IT and HR to facilitate smooth deployment, including work permit processing and system access
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular recruitment reports and KPI metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within technical and engineering recruitment
• Proficiency with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and other modern recruitment tools
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
