Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to deliver recruitment needs and translate them into market-ready job ads
• Facilitate fair, transparent, and inclusive selection processes
• Deliver a seamless and welcoming candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
• Build and engage relevant talent communities
• Contribute to employer branding strategies and social media engagement
• Support the shaping of future recruitment processes for students and graduates
• Use internal and external data for decision making and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment within an in-house team
• Experience in sourcing, employer branding, and social media outreach
• Proficiency in talent acquisition processes and best practices
• Proficiency in proactive sourcing techniques and tools
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Spoken and written English fluency
• Commitment to learning French

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an international environment
• Experience using HR data and analytics to drive decision-making
