Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for the US, Mexico, and Canada, including job posting, pre-screening, interviewing, and preparing final offers.
• Source qualified candidates to build talent pipelines for current and future organizational needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria and provide guidance on recruitment challenges.
• Host and participate in both in-person and virtual job fairs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure meticulous attention to detail throughout the hiring process.
• Provide exceptional support by addressing candidate and stakeholder inquiries promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience specializing in Recruitment and Selection.
• Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and labor laws.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally to office locations in Canada, the US, or Mexico.
