Responsibilities
- Build and run recruiting strategies that fill roles fast without cutting corners on quality
- Source candidates proactively through networks, social media, and direct outreach
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and translate them into effective hiring plans
- Own the full recruitment cycle from first contact to signed offer
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and strengthen employer branding
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Proven full-cycle recruitment experience in a startup environment
- Experience recruiting across both tech and non-tech roles
- Track record of hitting hiring goals
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- High level of self-direction and organizational skills
