Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build and run recruiting strategies to fill roles quickly while maintaining high quality
• Proactively source candidates through networking, social media, and direct outreach
• Partner with hiring managers across tech and operations to develop effective hiring plans
• Own the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to signed offer
• Optimize the recruitment process to improve speed and strengthen employer branding
• Ensure a positive and memorable candidate experience

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience within a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities without hand-holding
• Resilience and a track record of hitting hiring goals in tough markets
