Responsibilities
- Build and run recruiting strategies to fill roles quickly while maintaining high quality
- Proactively source candidates through networking, social media, and direct outreach
- Partner with hiring managers across tech and operations to develop effective hiring plans
- Own the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to signed offer
- Optimize the recruitment process to improve speed and strengthen employer branding
- Ensure a positive and memorable candidate experience
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Proven full-cycle recruitment experience within a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities without hand-holding
- Resilience and a track record of hitting hiring goals in tough markets
