Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, networking, and direct outreach
- Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
- Deliver a professional, positive, and engaging candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track recruiting metrics, hiring activity, and pipeline performance
- Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience
- Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates
- Experience conducting candidate interviews and evaluating qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for legal, professional services, or healthcare environments
- Experience using ATS and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or Workable
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Communications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
