Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, networking, and direct outreach
  • Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
  • Deliver a professional, positive, and engaging candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Track recruiting metrics, hiring activity, and pipeline performance
  • Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience
  • Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates
  • Experience conducting candidate interviews and evaluating qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for legal, professional services, or healthcare environments
  • Experience using ATS and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or Workable
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Communications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
