Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, coordination, and offer negotiation
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial introduction through onboarding
• Act as a Talent Partner to business lines by consulting, advising, and coaching hiring managers
• Work closely with the HR team to constantly improve the hiring process
• Drive and participate in various HR projects and initiatives
• Manage recruiting databases and HR assets in a structured and timely manner
• Develop and maintain a continuous pipeline of quality talent through networking, university relations, and community engagement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within top-tier tech companies or agencies
• Fluency in English to coordinate with global partners and stakeholders
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Skilled in modern sourcing and selection techniques with a track record of meeting aggressive hiring goals
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills
• Ability to work independently
• A genuine interest in or curiosity about the crypto and Web3 industry
