Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Support hiring needs primarily across Business and Commercial business units
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to provide market insights and recruitment advice
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, and proactive outreach
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in top-tier Internet, Fintech, or Financial Services companies
• Proven track record of hiring for Business and Commercial functions
• Background in Fintech, Financial Services, or Web2 industries
• Fluency in English to collaborate with global stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques
• Experience in market mapping across regional or global markets
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude toward the crypto industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Web3 or Crypto hiring
