About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Regional Managers to attract and secure talent for store management and stock management positions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including identifying vacancies, advertising, screening, shortlisting, and making offers
- Create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience by leveraging the Myer Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Maintain talent pipelines and proactively source candidates for key workforce segments and critical roles
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the PageUp Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Process internal contract changes and provide HR administration support to the broader Talent Team
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, administration, customer service, or a coordination-based role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (PageUp experience is preferred)
- Ability to build positive working relationships and handle confidential information with sound judgement
