About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other hiring channels
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on specific business needs
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders
- Manage candidate engagement and follow-up throughout the entire hiring lifecycle
- Ensure timely offer rollout and coordinate the onboarding process
- Maintain recruitment trackers and generate daily hiring reports
- Build strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Understanding of sourcing and screening techniques
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hiring environment
- Open to freshers or candidates with prior recruitment experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, or Apna
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent follow-up and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
