Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other hiring channels
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on specific business needs
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders
• Manage candidate engagement and follow-up throughout the entire hiring lifecycle
• Ensure timely offer rollout and coordinate the onboarding process
• Maintain recruitment trackers and generate daily hiring reports
• Build strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Understanding of sourcing and screening techniques
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hiring environment
• Open to freshers or candidates with prior recruitment experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, or Apna
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent follow-up and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
