Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and needs
• Provide advice and recommendations on recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation
• Collaborate with HR teams and management to align recruitment efforts with company goals
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Perform comprehensive sourcing activities such as market mapping and direct engagement to build talent pools
• Promote the company culture, values, and employer brand to attract top talent
• Participate in job fairs and networking events to represent the company

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment management
• Demonstrated ability to identify and attract talent in competitive markets
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence hiring managers
• Understanding of recruitment KPIs and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in French and English
• Valid driver's license
