Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements
• Provide guidance on recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and candidate assessments
• Collaborate with HR teams and leadership to align recruitment with business objectives
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, and offer negotiations
• Conduct sourcing activities such as market mapping and direct outreach to build talent pipelines
• Promote company culture and employer brand to attract top talent
• Participate in job fairs and networking events to build candidate relationships

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing the full recruitment cycle
• Proven ability to source talent in competitive markets
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to partner with and influence hiring managers
• Understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in both French and English
• Valid driver’s license
