Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, and social media
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
• Schedule interviews and oversee the preparation of interview questions and selection materials
• Assist with job posting and advertising processes
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR staff during the offer process to recommend salary ranges and incentives
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on industry standards
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
• Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions

Requirements

• Proven ability to source, screen, and schedule candidates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work proactively and independently under pressure
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or recruitment systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Equivalent professional work experience in recruitment
