Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for professional and administrative roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine candidate profiles
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, professional networks, and social media
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates against job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule final interviews to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Maintain open communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Support the onboarding process and ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to recommend process improvements
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of proven recruitment experience within the UAE construction or heavy equipment industries
• Extensive experience recruiting for various levels, including C-level positions
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and analytical skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
