Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage top talent through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter and Jobteaser
• Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screenings for interns, apprentices, and various employee roles
• Manage the recruitment process within the Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure a professional candidate experience by providing timely feedback and engagement
• Support campus management by representing the company at career fairs and organizing recruitment events with engineering and business schools
• Contribute to employer branding and HR communication projects, such as LinkedIn content and internal newsletters
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) on harmonized recruitment processes and innovative talent strategies

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and an eagerness to learn ATS tools like Workday
• Fluency in French and a professional level of English
• Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills to interact with HRBPs, hiring managers, and diverse candidates
