Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to identify and engage top talent

- Manage the top of the funnel by conducting initial outreach and screening conversations
- Maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM and provide regular pipeline updates and market insights
Requirements
- Direct experience as a Sourcer, Talent Researcher, or Recruiter
- Strong command of advanced Boolean search techniques
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates for niche roles
