Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing of talent across North America by leveraging various channels and tools to build candidate pipelines
• Explore creative methods to build employer brand through social media, job boards, networking events, and special interest groups
• Interview applicants to validate work experience, education, skills, competencies, and salary requirements
• Succinctly summarize candidate information from phone screens and recommend qualified candidates to hiring teams
• Schedule and coordinate interview activity, providing timely feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Provide frequent, data-driven updates to HR leadership regarding recruiting progress

Requirements

• 3+ years of high-volume sourcing experience
• 2+ years of experience recruiting for the USA region
• Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn and Indeed sourcing
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Proficiency in behavioral, situational, or competency-based interviewing techniques
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
