About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Conduct market research, talent mapping, and targeted outreach for specialized positions
- Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings and develop sourcing strategies
- Perform pre-screening interviews and candidate assessments
- Represent the agency at recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities
- Track sourcing activity and pipeline development metrics to evaluate effectiveness
- Prepare reports and workforce insights for Human Capital leadership
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree and two years of experience in community work or related activities; OR
- High school graduation and six years of experience in community work or related activities; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have at least one year of experience as described in the baccalaureate option
