Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and targeted outreach for specialized positions
• Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings and develop sourcing strategies
• Perform pre-screening interviews and candidate assessments
• Represent the agency at recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline development metrics to evaluate effectiveness
• Prepare reports and workforce insights for Human Capital leadership

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree and two years of experience in community work or related activities; OR
• High school graduation and six years of experience in community work or related activities; OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have at least one year of experience as described in the baccalaureate option
