Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach a team of recruiters to drive performance for the Consulting Delivery Hub
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies across multiple channels
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics including time to fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction
• Partner with local and global leaders on workforce planning and strategic hiring direction
• Coach hiring managers on role requirements and managing a high-quality candidate experience
• Manage all recruitment activities within Workday to ensure accurate, real-time reporting
• Produce monthly management packs and weekly updates regarding hiring progress and solutions
• Ensure compliance with local data protection, employment law, and equal opportunity policies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within a matrix organization
• Strong knowledge of the sustainability market
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with senior leadership
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use insights to influence hiring decisions
• Experience using Workday ATS
• Background in technical, consulting, or scientific sectors (e.g., environmental, engineering, or management consulting)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively sell the company vision
