About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles including intake, sourcing, screening, and offers
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements and build hiring strategies
- Proactively identify and engage top active and passive candidates using various sourcing channels
- Manage interview logistics, scheduling, and candidate communication
- Maintain high data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in a biotechnology or biopharmaceutical environment
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for technical/scientific and corporate functions
- Proven ability to advise and influence leaders on recruiting strategy
- Strong sourcing skills and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with Greenhouse
