Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles including intake, sourcing, screening, and offers
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements and build hiring strategies
• Proactively identify and engage top active and passive candidates using various sourcing channels
• Manage interview logistics, scheduling, and candidate communication
• Maintain high data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience
• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in a biotechnology or biopharmaceutical environment
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for technical/scientific and corporate functions
• Proven ability to advise and influence leaders on recruiting strategy
• Strong sourcing skills and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Greenhouse
