About the role
Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and track candidate progress
- Maintain candidate pipelines and applicant tracking data to support hiring needs
- Assist with recruiting metrics, reporting, and process improvements to enhance candidate experience
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire paperwork and orientation coordination
- Maintain employee files, HRIS data, and People Operations processes to ensure compliance and confidentiality
- Provide administrative support for People Team initiatives and cross-functional HR programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of high-volume corporate or staffing agency recruiting experience
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Ability to work as an independent self-starter and a dependable team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday
