Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and track candidate progress
• Maintain candidate pipelines and applicant tracking data to support hiring needs
• Assist with recruiting metrics, reporting, and process improvements to enhance candidate experience
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire paperwork and orientation coordination
• Maintain employee files, HRIS data, and People Operations processes to ensure compliance and confidentiality
• Provide administrative support for People Team initiatives and cross-functional HR programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of high-volume corporate or staffing agency recruiting experience
• Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Ability to work as an independent self-starter and a dependable team player
