Talent Acquisition Program Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate India recruiting operations, including running staff meetings and tracking hiring progress.
• Manage the end-to-end offer approval process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Partner with recruiters to monitor requisition status, pipeline health, and capacity.
• Generate recruiting reports and dashboards to provide data insights for decision-making.
• Serve as a central point of communication for stakeholders, including recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruiting workflows and candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with local requirements, internal policies, and data privacy standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support.
• Proven experience managing offer processes and approvals in a structured environment.
• Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data reporting tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with high attention to detail.
