About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the enterprise Internship/Co-Op Program, including coordinating virtual programming and monitoring effectiveness.
  • Design and lead onboarding and orientation experiences for interns and early-career hires to ensure readiness and connection.
  • Facilitate engagement programming such as networking events, executive speaker series, and peer learning cohorts.
  • Partner with campus recruiters, discipline leads, and supervisors to facilitate annual campus recruitment strategies.
  • Develop toolkits, training, and resources for intern/co-op supervisors and mentors to ensure high-quality coaching.
  • Gather and analyze program data, including survey results and conversion rates, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain standardized program SOPs, recruiter playbooks, and interviewer training guides.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
  • 4+ years of program management experience, preferably related to talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to build solid relationships and work in a client-facing capacity.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% during peak recruiting seasons and 10% otherwise.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of university/campus recruiting and early career talent development practices.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track metrics and drive strategic improvements.
  • Experience working with ambiguity and navigating changing priorities.
