About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the enterprise Internship/Co-Op Program, including coordinating virtual programming and monitoring effectiveness.
- Design and lead onboarding and orientation experiences for interns and early-career hires to ensure readiness and connection.
- Facilitate engagement programming such as networking events, executive speaker series, and peer learning cohorts.
- Partner with campus recruiters, discipline leads, and supervisors to facilitate annual campus recruitment strategies.
- Develop toolkits, training, and resources for intern/co-op supervisors and mentors to ensure high-quality coaching.
- Gather and analyze program data, including survey results and conversion rates, to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain standardized program SOPs, recruiter playbooks, and interviewer training guides.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- 4+ years of program management experience, preferably related to talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to build solid relationships and work in a client-facing capacity.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of staff.
- Ability to travel up to 25% during peak recruiting seasons and 10% otherwise.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of university/campus recruiting and early career talent development practices.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track metrics and drive strategic improvements.
- Experience working with ambiguity and navigating changing priorities.
