Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate logistics across candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams
• Manage candidate communication throughout the interview, offer, onboarding, and pre-employment process
• Support offer generation, onboarding coordination, and other recruiting operational activities
• Maintain recruiting trackers, schedules, and operational documentation to support hiring workflows
• Assist with the planning and execution of recruiting events and Talent Attraction initiatives
• Support recruitment technology implementation and operational process improvements
• Track recruiting metrics and assist with reporting efforts to improve operational efficiencies

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, or a related function
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating interviews, scheduling, onboarding, or recruiting operations
• Experience with Workday, recruiting systems, CRM platforms, or scheduling tools
