Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across tech, product, and business functions in LATAM.
• Partner with hiring managers to build proactive talent pipelines and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Track and report on key recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire and pipeline conversion.
• Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws.
• Manage benefits administration, including health insurance and employee perks.
• Handle day-to-day office management, employee documentation, and team-building activities.
• Leverage AI tools and ATS platforms to streamline people operations and enhance the candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in talent acquisition with exposure to people operations.
• Proven experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics to improve processes.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance daily workflows and decision-making.
• High attention to detail and a proactive sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Ashby as an ATS.
• Previous experience working in an international, distributed, or remote-friendly environment.
• A proven track record of recruiting across Latin America.
• Experience within the fintech sector.
