Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across APAC (Greater China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Utilize various sourcing channels to attract high-quality candidates
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to align recruitment efforts with regional business goals
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree holder or above
• 5+ years of working experience in Talent Acquisition
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese
• Deeply knowledgeable about various APAC market recruitment practices
• Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and offices
