Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Own the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidate communication.
• Partner with HR and Business Unit leaders to define role requirements and translate business priorities into actionable recruitment plans.
• Lead hiring manager kick-off meetings to align on role scope, search approach, and assessment methods.
• Build and maintain a diverse, qualified pipeline of talent using tools such as Workday Recruiting and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Manage the offer process, including compensation discussions, benefits explanation, and negotiations to secure top talent.
• Strengthen the company's talent brand through internal partnerships and engagement across external channels.
• Track and report on recruitment KPIs and metrics to ensure continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Fluency in English and at least one other European language.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust with business leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confident presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Proficiency with Workday Recruiting.
• Experience working within a Talent COE and HR Shared Services model.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
