Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Tech, Support, and Sales roles across international markets.
• Act as a strategic Business Partner to international Hiring Managers, translating complex business needs into effective sourcing strategies.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using modern platforms and AI-driven tools to attract top international talent.
• Ensure an exceptional and personalized candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Utilize ATS data, market insights, and recruitment KPIs to optimize strategies and provide high-value reporting to the business.
• Lead cross-functional TA projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of recruitment experience, ideally combining agency agility with in-house strategic business partnering.
• Proven success recruiting Tech, Support, or Sales profiles on an international scale.
• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms and a data-driven approach to recruitment.
• Experience with direct sourcing and headhunting techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex matrix environment.
• Professional fluency in English is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish or other European languages.
• Experience integrating AI tools into daily recruitment workflows.
