Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Drive the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Tech, Support, and Sales profiles across international markets.
• Act as a strategic business partner and advisor to global hiring managers and HRBPs.
• Design innovative sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent, leveraging modern platforms and AI tools.
• Champion a flawless and personalized candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Utilize ATS insights and recruitment KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
• Contribute to global Talent Acquisition initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience.
• Proven success recruiting for Tech, Support, or Sales roles on an international scale.
• Strong understanding of the Spanish and Catalan talent markets.
• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms and a passion for data-driven recruitment.
• Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French or other European languages.
