About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition Head to develop and implement recruitment strategies for Japan
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across business groups
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pools for key areas
- Execute effective interviews and selection leveraging various tools
- Lead recruitment marketing, Employer Branding campaigns, and Campus Programs
- Evaluate recruiting data and metrics to drive process efficiency and innovation
- Partner with HRBPs to support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support local people projects related to retention, engagement, and performance management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing the recruiting process in a fast-paced environment
- Full-lifecycle recruiting experience including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with agency partners
- Native Japanese language skills
- Fluent or business-level English
- Strong sourcing capabilities in both agency and corporate environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
