About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Head to develop and implement recruitment strategies for Japan
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across business groups
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pools for key areas
  • Execute effective interviews and selection leveraging various tools
  • Lead recruitment marketing, Employer Branding campaigns, and Campus Programs
  • Evaluate recruiting data and metrics to drive process efficiency and innovation
  • Partner with HRBPs to support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support local people projects related to retention, engagement, and performance management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing the recruiting process in a fast-paced environment
  • Full-lifecycle recruiting experience including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with agency partners
  • Native Japanese language skills
  • Fluent or business-level English
  • Strong sourcing capabilities in both agency and corporate environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
