Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all roles, from requisition approval through to the offer stage
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities
• Develop and deliver effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct search
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements, competencies, and company values
• Coordinate and support interviews, guiding hiring managers on structured interviewing and best practice assessment techniques
• Deliver interview skills training and create question banks to drive consistency and quality in hiring decisions
• Ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and compliance within the ATS
• Conduct salary benchmarking and provide market insights to support hiring decisions
• Collaborate with the wider EMEA Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and improve processes

Requirements

• Proven experience as an in-house recruiter managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in direct sourcing and market mapping
• Experience working with an ATS, with Workday experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for a European Head Office
• Fluency in one or more European languages
