Talent Acquisition Partner, Technology

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior engineering leaders and executives to define hiring needs and shape technical talent strategies
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage exceptional technical talent for niche and senior-level roles
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach and stakeholder alignment to offer negotiation
• Use recruiting metrics and market insights to drive data-driven decisions and improve hiring efficiency
• Champion excellence by ensuring interviewer calibration and strengthening the Airwallex employer brand

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an in-house (corporate) talent acquisition environment
• Proven technical domain expertise in software engineering across multiple disciplines and stack levels
• Demonstrated experience sourcing, assessing, and closing senior-level talent up to the Director level
• Experience managing a high volume of technical roles within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence senior engineering leaders
