About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech roles including Engineering, Product, and Data
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers to align on role specifications
  • Source and engage active and passive talent through various methods
  • Execute sourcing and recruiting plans focused on monthly KPIs
  • Manage offer preparation and candidate negotiations
  • Partner with HRBPs to anticipate talent acquisition challenges and business needs
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from engagement through transition

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in full-cycle tech recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Expertise in hiring for Software Engineering (SAP, Fullstack, Frontend, Mobile, and Application Development)
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment pipelines
  • Advanced sourcing skills including Boolean, x-rays, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities
  • Data-driven approach to operational planning and performance reporting
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in fast-paced tech environments
  • Background in workforce planning and talent forecasting
