About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech roles including Engineering, Product, and Data
- Develop relationships with hiring managers to align on role specifications
- Source and engage active and passive talent through various methods
- Execute sourcing and recruiting plans focused on monthly KPIs
- Manage offer preparation and candidate negotiations
- Partner with HRBPs to anticipate talent acquisition challenges and business needs
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from engagement through transition
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in full-cycle tech recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Expertise in hiring for Software Engineering (SAP, Fullstack, Frontend, Mobile, and Application Development)
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment pipelines
- Advanced sourcing skills including Boolean, x-rays, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities
- Data-driven approach to operational planning and performance reporting
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in fast-paced tech environments
- Background in workforce planning and talent forecasting
